Serova offers flexible billing options for both communities and businesses/organisations.
Billing is based on:

Serova offers four plans designed for different levels of use:

Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate.
All plans include access to the Serova dashboard and support from the Serova team.
If your organisation uses a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to send official WhatsApp messages:
You will require a WABA Assistant.
